1. Custom Orders
Custom cakes and cupcakes are made to order according to your specific instructions. Due to the personalized nature of these products, custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a significant error in the product (e.g., incorrect design or flavor). If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve it.
2. General Orders
For general orders (e.g., standard cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods), if the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery or pick-up, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund upon verification of the issue. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If there is a problem, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we will assist you.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Cakes or cupcakes that have been consumed, altered, or discarded.
- Orders that were delivered and accepted without any issues.
- Products that were not handled or stored according to the instructions provided.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom orders require advance notice, and cancellations must be made at least **48 hours** before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. We may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes for orders placed less than 48 hours in advance.
5. Refund Process
If your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. In the event of a credit card payment, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
